Dog Fashion

Dog fashion is as important to some people as people fashion. There is nothing more important to some people than their dog or dogs. Dog fashion comes in the way of dog fashion collars and dog fashion leashes and any number of styles of dog fashion clothing and accessories. Dog fashion is really fun, at least for the dog owner. And I am quite sure that even some dogs enjoy dog fashion. Dogs don't have to be show dogs to get all dolled, or should I say all dogged up. Dog fashion includes grooming of every sort. Different breeds of dogs sport their own particular dog grooming fashion. And many of the special cuts are very recognizable and totally fashionable.

Take the Yorkie for instance. Yorkie dogs have a special coat of hair that is very similar to human hair and the dog fashion for the Yorkie can either be long and splendid, silky and flowing to the ground or this particular dog can sport what is called the puppy cut, which is basically maintenance free. Just like people and hair styles, dogs have hair styles too. Another example, that everyone is familiar with is the Poodle cut...very silly, but very distinctive and very specific in the proper way the poodle wears his coat.

If you didn't think that dog fashion mattered, you would be mistaken. When it comes to the dog fashion collar and leash, there are so many to choose from. But what is important about the fashion statement made with the dog fashion collar, especially and the matching leash is that certain colors go better on certain dogs. And certain prints, fabrics, chains, tooled leather, etc. seem to match the look and personality of certain dogs. So it is important to be sure that your dog isn't making any fashion mistakes or taking too many dog fashion risks, hence ending up the laughing stock at the local park.

Then, depending on the climate where you live, there is a huge selection of dog fashion clothing to buy for your dog. You will find everything from snow, ice and rainwear, to mock smoking jackets or ballerina tu tus. Or you might just need to get your dog a tiara or a hiking vest. You will also find fleecy jackets, sweaters, booties and caps. You name it and there is something like it in the dog fashion world.

And don't forget dog fashion furniture for your dog. The assortment of dog fashion bedding is mind boggling. Everything from plaid flannel covered fashion dog beds for your sporting dog to pink satin heart shaped fashion dog beds for your little white Maltese. You wouldn't want your fashion dog bed to clash with your own furnishings so you can choose from a multitude of colors and fabrics so your dog fashions can match your people fashions and you can have one big fashion picnic next time you are putting on the dog.
