Exercise Bike Information


An exercise bicycle is a stationary bicycle used as exercise equipment but not for transportation purpose. Stationary bikes are mostly used in homes. There are two main types of exercise bikes: the upright bikes and the recumbent bikes. It has a cycloergometer with an ergometer, which is used to measure the work done by the exerciser. An exercise bicycle resembles an ordinary bicycle, which is usually a special-purpose exercise machine, which can adapt an ordinary bicycle for stationary exercise by placing it on rollers or a trainer. They are used by racing cyclists for warm-up prior to the racing or as a training option when you cannot train outdoors due to bad weather.
