- No back pain due to design Even the people with back problems can do exercises to reduce their weight problems. It will strengthen the muscle mass and tone the body. This cycle has a feature which allows you to slide the seat forward and do abs crunches. The prices are also lower than the upright cousin. Overall advantages of exercise bikes:

- They are less stress full on the knees and other important body parts like spine etc.
