The latest fashion doesn't mean you have to discard everything when a new fashion is introduced. So as with everything else in life, moderation in all things and this includes moderation in your approach to the latest fashion. Whether it is what you wear, how you cut and color your hair, the jewelry you own, the car you drive, the curtains at your windows or the books you read, the latest fashion should be put in perspective and be original once in a while and go against the latest fashion.
