Holiday gift baskets are wonderful when you are working on a large scale gift giving project because you can fill them in assembly line fashion and organize a team of helpers to get the job done. Maybe your church has adopted a children's organization for Christmas and you have decided to put together a holiday gift basket for each child. Well you can make piles of each of the ingredients for the basket and line people up along tables or counters and pass the basket along the line, each person putting in their item and before you know it, you can have sixty or seventy baskets filled in minutes. This is just one approach to a mass holiday gift basket project. Finally, holiday gift baskets have become a customary choice when shipping to friends, relatives and employees. There are many sources for holiday gift baskets both in the malls and on the internet. There are lots of sizes and prices to choose from. You can design the contents by choosing and placing in a "shopping cart" and then the store or online provider will package and ship the finished basket to your list of recipients. This is still a personal and welcome gift, but it is also a practical and affordable way to show someone you care about them at the holidays.
